Berkin Arts guarantees your satisfaction. For any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, contact us via email for return instructions and simply return the item(s) in original condition within 60 days from the order date. As soon as we receive your returns, we will issue a full refund for the entire purchase price. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

Item Defects:

Please contact us via email and include item damaged-photos. Please let us know if you would like a refund or a replacement and we will fix the problem as soon as possible. We will reimburse return shipping charges if the return is due to item defect.

No refunds or exchange will be accepted after 60 days from the order date.
